this is any idea a had to help new leareds. if want to know if you guys dissagree with any of the extra things i have put on the leaders code
Lieutenant = LT
Emblem = (go look at the ranking structure)
Lieutenants are responsible to learn how to become a good leader from their Commander; as such the LTs take whatever responsibilities their assigned Commander gives them. Meaning updating the clan rosters weekly, leading meeting lobbies sometimes secondary meeting lobbies or whatever other responsibilities their Commander gives them. The LTs act as the XOs of the clan and of their Commander.
Promotion expectations: lead three meetings (after assigned CDR has allowed), and have kept a updated roster for three weeks time period, have again read the Code of Conduct and Ranking Structure as Lieutenant,
Major = MAJ
Emblem = anything
One of the Majors main jobs is to help the Commanders and Lieutenants lead their branches. If an Commander in a overseeing branch needs help with a clan oriented problem, the Major's give advice and help the Commander with their clan oriented problem. Although Majors are a higher rank than the Commanders the Majors do not have any jurisdiction over branches that are not one of their overseeing branches; however if they see an Officer ranking member of another branch, the overseeing branches is not taking care of their earned responsibilities or is not following the rules of conduct, the Major has the authority to take care of the problem as they would with one of their own overseeing branches. Even though Majors lead along side their overseeing Commanders the Majors still have authority over their overseeing Commanders. Majors are apart of whatever branch they oversee, Majors are allowed to not encouraged to switch between leading whichever one of their overseeing branches that they choose.
A Vice Admiral will be promoted only if there are five-six Vice Admirals, this would happen so that their would be a rank to better organize the Vice Admirals in what their responsibilities are and how to better accomplish them for the members.
