The following are the AoG Code of Conduct.

First off
; The AoG leadership has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES THE CODE OF CONDUCT. THEREFORE Members must understand that the Leaders ARE responsible for the members that are in their branch and bellow them in rank, however all members are responsible for themselves. Meaning if a members goes against the Code of Conduct, then they are responsible for the Consequences.


secondly; If any Member, Officer or higher ranking leader breaks a rule going on their 4th strike they "WILL" be BANNED.


1. No trash-talking; No tea-bagging; No harassment; No sexism; No racism; and No discrimination or degradation of any kind will be tolerated toward members and/or non-members.

A. To specify the "toward members and/or non-members" meaning respect you fellow members and respect the gamers that aren't members of the community. Now this dose not mean that if non-members trash-talk and/or curse you out, you cant say anything back. This means that if the non-members start cursing you out, then go ahead and finish cursing them out. BUT!! "They" escalate it not you. So "THEY" bring the trash talking to the next level. "NOT THE MEMBERS".

B. If any of the rules from the first group are broken towards an Commander, Major, Colonel or General; and not in any joking manner. Then that high ranking leader has the "option to" raise that member's punishment to the fourth strike, which is banning.


Punishment:

1st strike: the member's Commanders/Majors will explain the rule that they have broken to the member.

2nd strike: the member will be demoted one rank.

3rd strike: the member will be brought to their Commanders and Majors for discuss of further demotion.



2. No cheating, such as glitches that prevent the other team from scoring, or manipulation of game files in any way shall be tolerated.

A. Mods, boosting, glitches, and associated activities, where everyone knows what is going on and is willing to participate or does not mind if others do it shall be tolerated.

B. Use of modded controllers that effect game play are prohibited by Xbox Live and the Community by partisan.


Punishment:

1st Strike: the member's Commanders/Majors will explain the rule that the member has broken and the member's promotion will be proponed.

2nd strike: the member will be demoted one rank.

3rd strike: the member will be banned.



3. No poaching members from other gaming organization.

A. If a member desires to leave another online gaming organization; to join our gaming organization then, after being away from a online gaming organization for a week time period they will be allowed to officially join our gaming organization as a member. Now that dose not mean that they can not be given the recruitment speech nor dose it mean that they can not come to any weekly events or meeting, nor dose it mean that they can't be added to any of our organization clan tags or wed sites. However it dose mean that they will not be added to the clan tags as a official member, it also means that they will not be add to rosters as a member and that they can but will not be asked to make whatever uniform changes which a member must make if he/she wishes to become a member.

B. No recruiting members from other branches of the community. However if your branch needs help from other members or Officers, than you my go to another Major/Colonel and ask if any branches would be willing to spare a few of their Officer to help get your branch on the right track.

C. This does not include transfers by the member's choice.


Punishment:

1st strike: the member's leaders explain the rule that the member has broken and the member's promotion will be proponed.

2nd strike: the member will be demoted three ranks.

3rd strike: the member will be banned.



4. Try to limit the occurrence of appearing offline since it makes members and leaders unavailable to our community. Unless you have notified your higher ranking leader that you are going to be appearing offline for some legitimate reason and not to tell the other members.

A. We want to be there for our community in order to aid the community in growth and development.


Punishment:

1st strike: the Commander/Majors of the member will explain the rule that the member had broken and the members promotion will be proponed.

2nd strike: the members promotion will further be proponed.

3rd strike: the members promotion will further be proponed.



5. All members are not allowed to be members of any other organized clan or gaming community that support games we have branches in.

A. This does not include being a member of a game battles team that is not community organized.


Punishment:

1st strike: the member's leaders explain the rule that the member has broken and the member's promotion will be proponed.

2nd strike: the member will be demoted a rank.

3rd strike: the member will be banned.



6. Unbanning is part of the Code of Conduct because banned members are allowed to have a second chance in the clan "but" that second chance is determined by the majority of members, Officers and higher ups vote. After being banned for a month time period if a banned member wants to be unbanned:

A. that member can prove to the Officers and higher ups that where involved with their banning, that the banned member has learned from the reason/reasons that they were banned and now wishes to come back into the gamming community.

B. Or if none of the Officers or higher ranking leaders that where involved with the banning of this member are still in the community/or active with the community. Then, that banned member can try to prove to the current members, Officer and higher ups that this banned member has learned his/her lesson and wishes to come back into the gamming community. This is only allowed if the members, Officers and higher ups that where involved with the banning of the member are no longer in the gamming community and/or have not been active with the gamming community for a month time of more.

C. if the banned member is successful at coming back into the community, then he/she will be welcomed back by all the members.


ALL MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOD AoGs "CODE OF CONDUCT."
