The Following is the AoG Ranking Structure and Promotion Expectations.

1. Recruit = RCT
Emblem = 35 Diamond toggled
As a recruit you're responsible for learning about the clan. The process of being a recruit involves learning about the clan and the members involved in it.

Promotion Expectations:
Be active with the community as Recriut for 1 week time period, get to know the members and leaders, learn the rules and have fun.


2. Private = PVT
Emblem: = 8 Delta (Toggle)
Once this rank is obtained you have officially become a member of the gaming community. As a member you're asked to actively participate in the clan's meeting and game nights.

Promotion Expectations:
Be active with the community as Private for 1 week time period, follow the Code of Conduct, and have fun.


3. Corporal = CPL
Emblem: 8 Delta (untoggled both Vs)
At this rank you have chosen to become more active in the clan. If this rank is obtained you have made the decision to move up in the clan and possibly become a leader in the future.

Promotion Expectations:
Be active with the community as Corporal for 1-2 weeks time period, recite the Recruitment Speech to a Lieutenant or higher rank (reciting the recruitment speech will show the advancement of a member and the knowledge they have on the clan).



Officer Ranks: The following are the Officer ranks. All Officer ranks are earned, they are for the members that want to start taking some of their higher ranking Officers and Leaders responsibilities. When a member reaches the first Officer rank of Sergeant, that member can add the clans name into their gamer tag (as a clan tag) if it has been approved by the SGT's, higher ranking Lieutenant, Commander or above.



4. Sergeant = SGT
Emblem: 11 Phoenix (toggled)
Sergeant is the first Officer rank. At the rank of Sergeant members have earned the authority and responsibility to come to officer meetings, vote on promotions for all ranks below Sergeant and approve recruits 17 year of age and older that are coming into the community. A sergeant is a leader in training; and as such you will begin to learn how to run several activities in the clan you are also expected to know and be able to recite (in your own words) the recruitment speech.

Promotion Expectations:
Be active with the community as Sergeant for 3 weeks time period, show that you're capable of running game nights and other activities.


5. Sergeant Major = SGM
Emblem: 53 Runes (toggled)
A Sergeant Major is a young leader in the clan. SGM's have learned how to take care of a responsibility in the community and as such are now Lieutenants in training. Sergeant Majors are expected to be dependable and has the ability to run daily activities.

Promotion Expectations:
Be active with the community as Sergeant Major for 1 week time period, show that you are able to help the Lieutenants and Commanders lead the community.


6. Lieutenant = LT
Emblem: 71-80 Any Number from 1 - 0, Gold
A Lieutenant has many responsibilities and is a leader in the clan. As such Lieutenants are responsible to learn how to become a good leader from their Commander .LTs run all the activities that occur during the week, as well as other clan functions. They're to be seen as examples in the clan.

Promotion Expectations:
Lieutenant can only be promoted after he/she has been an LT for 1 month time period (to gain the experience needed to lead a community. LTs must show extreme leadership and responsibility to their Commander and higher ranking officers above them; a Lieutenant must also first be placed on "Commander Rounds" where they are expected to ask Commander for their advice on how to be a good Commander.

7. Commander = CDR
Emblem = 48 Valkyrie
The Commander is the leader of a branch in AoG. They handle anything that goes on in their designated branch. The includes, activities, meetings, and members. A commander is responsible for keeping his clan on track and leading them successfully; also teaching his/her lower ranking officers how to become a good leader. A successful commander will lead their clan to a split.

Promotion Expectations:
Commanders will only be promoted after more than 2 months time is spent as a Commander. Show that you are good example of leadership to overseeing Major as such Commanders promotion will always be determined by their overseeing Major.


8. Major = MAJ
Emblem = Any
As Major members have learned a great deal in the clan, have gain a great deal of authority in the clan. Now they organize and oversee two clan branches meaning they oversee the members, officers and leaders of those branches. Majors also lead one of their overseeing branches along with their overseeing Commanders.

Promotion Expectations:
Be at the rank of Major for 3-4 months time period, show great leadership to fellow leaders and higher ranking leaders, be able to organize Majors and Commanders on how to better take care of their and your responsibilities and branches



9. Colonel = COL
Emblem = Any
Like Majors the Colonels organize and oversee multiple branches; however Colonels oversee 2 Majors, their overseeing branches and also lead 1 of their overseeing branches along side their Commanders. The Colonels only have authority over what they oversee meaning their overseeing Majors, branches, Commanders, Lieutenants and so on. Colonels also have the authority to skip promote any member they see deserves it (only with the overseeing Majors and Commanders agree) .

Promotion Expectations: ?


10. General = GEN
Emblem = Any
Generals oversee the entire, meaning every Commander, Major and Colonel and their overseeing and leading branches. As such the Generals, have authority over the entire clan. Also like the Colonels, Generals also have the authority to skip promote any member they see deserves it (only with the overseeing Majors and Commanders agree). Generals also lead one of their overseeing branches along with its Commander.
